The People

Who is behind this work

Process consulting is a human practice. The quality of the work depends entirely on the people doing it and their understanding of the sector they serve.

Senior process consultant reviewing third-sector documentation at a desk

Grounded in the realities of the third sector

Lendovariox was built around a simple observation: many NGOs and non-profit entities in Spain produce excellent work but struggle to document it in ways that satisfy funders, regulators, and the public. The gap is rarely one of intent — it is almost always one of process.

Our consulting practice focuses on that gap. We work with organisations to understand how they currently document their activities, where the friction points are, and how to build more effective processes without adding unnecessary bureaucratic weight.

This is not abstract advisory work. Every engagement involves direct collaboration with your team, working through real documents and real challenges. The people behind Lendovariox bring direct experience of the third sector — not just management consulting applied to a non-profit context.

  • Direct third-sector experience
  • Familiarity with Spanish subsidy frameworks
  • Practical, document-level working approach
  • No accounting or tax services provided

"The organisations we work with are doing genuinely important things. Our role is to make sure that work is documented in a way that sustains it — so that funders understand it, teams can build on it, and the organisation can account for it clearly."
